We are Dr. Volkan Özkan, Dr. Uta Gönner and Dr. Stefan Blasius. We combine more than 20 years of clinical experience with the analog MARA apparatus — and a joint mission to transfer this proven treatment concept into the digital age.
From analog originals to digital future
Since 2022, we have been working on the digital implementation of M.A.R.A. equipment — with the aim of making it efficient, reproducible and usable regardless of manufacturer. The digital M.A.R.A. plus® V5 is the result of continuous development and clinical optimization. It picks up on the original idea from 1991, but has been completely adapted to the requirements of digital workflows. Since January 12, 2024, Dr. Volkan Özkan and Dr. Uta Gönner have been official owners of the brand name M.A.R.A. plus® in Germany.
