Shorter treatment time with M.A.R.A. plus®
For me, the biggest advantage of MARA is that it is possible to shift the bite position and establish secure intercuspidation in the posterior area at the same time. This shortens treatment time and leads to more stable results without the risk of recurrence. My patients tolerate the device significantly better than other rigid class II devices, as it is gracefully designed and visually appealing due to its spatial limitation to the molar area.
M.A.R.A. plus® a really exciting option for class II correction
I got to know the device years ago and rediscovered it at the end of 2024 thanks to Uta and Volkan. After many problems with equipment from the autumn family, this was a turning point. In June, I used my first in-house design, optimised together with Volkan. Five devices are now being used successfully — the additional effort has paid off.
Hardly any pressure points, short activation sessions and the inconspicuous MARA convince patients. For me, the low incidence of defects, the absence of unwanted side effects and economic efficiency are decisive advantages.
